Q:  What can I do to help my child, who is struggling in school? A:  The very first thing you need to do is talk to your child's teacher. S/he is your greatest link to your child's performance in school. In addition, there are many resources on the web for practicing first grade skills. Q:  How can I sign up for a postcard exchange? A:  I've always had luck using the message boards at Teachers.net. Under "Projects", there is a specific section for Postcard Projects. Q:  How did you get that little bee to follow the cursor on the home page? A:  That is a trailing cursor javascript. I found it at Dynamic Drive. They offer many, many javascripts for free (with a link back to their site). Q:  Where did you find these great graphics? A:  Most all my graphics come from Graphic Garden. Some of them are linkware and some were purchased.
